Zardetto Prosecco Brut
Did I already tell you that the word "aperitif" comes from the Latin word "apere" meaning "to open"? (with belated thanks to Father Merkee @ Archbishop Stepinac)
Wine Enthusiast
Light in color & lithe, with flowery aromas along with hints of orange blossom & lemon-lime. There's a good reason why this Prosecco is so popular: it's SLEEK & smooth, with a graceful mouthfeel & perfect acidity. At restaurants it's the prescribed palate prep, a wine to sip casually before moving on to bigger things. And the flavors of pears, apples & lime soda are just right.(June 2003)

Wine Advocate
One of the finest of a bevy of light-bodied, crisp, tasty Proseccos in the marketplace, this blend of 95% Prosecco and 5% Chardonnay is frothy, fresh, and savory. Enjoy it over the next year.
