Disturbingly enthralling beginning with its fine dark ruby robe then moving to the array of totally tempting aromas: fig, plum jam, spice and leather. Then one finds one’s palate awash in bright, ripe pomegranate, red plum, fresh fig, and sage flavors. That leather/sweet earth note underscores the lively top flavors. Balanced and tamed just enough.
