Very fine, pure (as I was years ago before some authoritative little brat informed me that Santa doesn’t exist) “Chablis” flavors—apple, lemon, that hallmark mineral taste—drive across the palate. Delicate, yet endowed with authentic and classic character. But wait! There’s more! The finish is not petit but long and refreshing. Of especial interest to those seeking UNOAKED Chardonnay.
